Answers to common questions about shopping, paying and receiving your JIS order.
Are your perfumes original?
We aim to sell genuine fragrances sourced from reliable suppliers. If you have any concerns about a particular item, message us with your order number and photos so we can investigate.
How long does delivery take?
Lagos orders are estimated at 1–2 business days. Abuja, Ogun and Oyo at 2–3 business days, and the rest of Nigeria at 3–5 business days. Contact us on WhatsApp if you need an update.
How much is delivery?
Below ₦50,000, delivery costs ₦2,500 within Lagos, ₦4,000 to Abuja/Ogun/Oyo, and ₦4,500 to other states. Interstate delivery (outside Lagos) is free from ₦50,000. Lagos delivery is free from ₦150,000. Free-delivery eligibility is based on your product subtotal before discounts.
What payment methods do you accept?
At checkout, choose instant payment on WhatsApp to request account details with your order and product links, or choose website bank transfer to see our account number and exact total. After transferring, report payment on your order page. We confirm payment only after checking the actual bank account.
How long is my order reserved?
Your order is reserved for six hours while awaiting payment. For either payment option, transfer within six hours and use the payment-report button on your order page after sending money. Unpaid orders without a report become eligible for automatic cancellation after six hours (the cancellation job may run later). A reported payment keeps your order reserved for manual bank verification until our team confirms it or resolves the order with you. Reporting is not confirmation of payment. Never transfer to a cancelled order; contact us if you already paid and need help.
Can I return a perfume?
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used fragrances unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter the code in the discount box in your bag or at checkout and tap Apply. Only one coupon can be used per order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is packaged with care. Add a gift note in the delivery instructions box at checkout, or contact us on WhatsApp to discuss gift wrapping.
How do perfume oils differ from sprays?
Perfume oils and sprays have different formulations and application styles. Check the individual product description for details.
Can I track my order?
Save your order number and use the order confirmation page to view its status. Logged-in customers can also check My Account → Orders.
